REFUND POLICY 退款政策

  • Full refund will be arranged if the course is cancelled. In case of a course rescheduling, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.
  • You can request refund due to your own reason before the course has started but 15% of the course fee will be charged as an administration fee.
  • No refund will be given once the course has started.
  • Sommelier will process the refund within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it or the course is confirmed to be cancelled.

    • ARRANGEMENT DURING BAD WEATHER 惡劣天氣期間的安排
    If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and/or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is/will be in force at or after 9:00a.m (Sat, Sun or public holiday) / 2:00p.m.(Monday to Friday), all classes will be cancelled. Reschedule arrangement will be sent by email

    如天文台於上午9時(星期六、日及公眾假期) / 下午2時(星期一至五) 或之後發出8號或以上颱風訊號及/或黑色暴雨警告信號, 當晚課堂將會取消, 課堂安排將通過電郵發放
